Choice fatigue.

I’m updating fundraising materials for a nonprofit client and have been mulling over what makes a great donation form. One thing is for certain — there will definitely be fewer options for how much to donate. Choice fatigue often results in complete option paralysis, and as Tom over at The Agitator wrote, “A fundraising appeal, at bottom, requires the donor to make one choice — to do something rather than nothing.”
